All Treat Pouches are made by hand to order so can take 3 - 5 days before they are dispatched.

- When muddy gently hand wash in some warm lightly soaped water.

All Wildbarc handmade items are made to order by us in Wales. Please allow up to 5 days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) for your items to be handcrafted and shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is made and has been shipped, as well as a Royal Mail Tracking number.

All handmade products to order can take up to 5 days (not including weekends & bank holidays) before they are dispatched. Our settle mats can take a little longer to make so can take 10 - 14 days before they are dispatched. If you have ordered other items with your settle mat these will be shipped together. If you need it sooner please get in touch.
All orders placed from the UK usually take 2-3 business days to arrive after you receive your dispatch email notification.
If you are an International customer (excluding EU countries and Norther Ireland) it can take up to 7 - 14 business days to arrive after you receive your dispatch email notification.
Sorry, we have currently postponed all shipping to EU countries and Northern Ireland.
Note: Allow for a little extra time if your order was placed during a weekend.

All our deliveries are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail’s Tracked service (unless stated).
If outside the UK, your parcel will be taken over by your National Postal Service once it has been passed through UK Customs. Please be aware that orders placed outside the UK may incur a handling fee and additional costs.
Wildbarc are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
