All our handmade products can take up to 5 days (not including weekends & bank holidays) before they are ready to leave us and make their way to you. Once fulfilled you will receive an email notification with your Royal Mail Tracking number.
Settle mats can take a little longer to make so please allow up to 10 business days before they are dispatched to you.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail and offer two shipping options, one for UK friends and the second for our international pack.
UK | TRACKED48 Usually takes 2 to 3 business days (excluding bank holidays) to arrive with you.
WORLD | INTERNATIONAL TRACKED Estimated to arrive in most countries within 7 to 14 business days (excluding bank holidays).
Note: Shipping may take up to 2 days longer to deliver to Scottish Islands/Highlands.
Outside the UK delivery times are dependent on the destination. Allow extra time for delivery in case of postal problems.

Yes, we offer FREE UK Shipping for orders placed to the value of £70 or more.

Sadly due to new GPSR regulations which came in to effect on December 13, 2024 we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Northern Ireland.
We are trying our best to resolve this and resume shipping as soon as it's viable for us to do so. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

You will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number informing you that your parcel is on its way. This will have a link to the tracking of your parcel. If you have not received this please first check your spam folder and contact if you still have not received it.
If you have your Tracking Number use the Royal Mail Track and Trace online service.

Wildbarc are not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from Wildbarc can be returned for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with a valid receipt or completed returns form in the parcel in a perfect, unused condition, complete with any box or packaging.
Note: For custom orders please be aware that we will NOT accept returns or exchanges as custom products cannot be resold.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns on items which are faulty or damaged are free of charge and a prepaid label will be emailed to you so you can send it back to us via Royal Mail with no cost to yourself.
Items being returned due to a change of mind, wrong size or colour will be at cost to yourself, the sender. Please be aware that we do not refund the cost of the original postage paid or any costs related to returning the item(s). The only exception to this rule is if the item(s) was damaged through no fault of you, the customer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

To start a return, you must contact us at wildbarc@gmail.com or Contact Us and inform us that you would like to return the item(s). Please do not contact us via our social media channels as your message may get lost but should you do so we will redirect you to the contact page on our website to start the returns process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as paw wax). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For custom orders please be aware that we will NOT accept returns or exchanges as custom products cannot be resold.

All our deliveries are sent from the UK using Royal Mail’s Tracked service (unless stated).
If outside the UK, your parcel will be taken over by your National Postal Service once it has been passed through UK Customs. Please be aware that orders placed outside the UK may incur a handling fee and additional costs.
Wildbarc are not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of you, the customer.

Although we try our very best to ensure all measurements of our collars, leads, treat pouches, bowls and martingales etc. are accurate this can sometimes differ slightly due the nature of crafting by hand. Should you require any additional information before placing your order please Contact Us.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.
In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

No, we do not currently accept requests for custom work, however if you would like to make adjustments to the length of a collar or martingale then please Contact Us before placing your order.
We can not provide custom lengths our rope leads or flat leads.

All items available and in stock are listed on our website, some may be very limited in numbers. We announce all new products on our Instagram page @wildbarc and via our Newsletter so keep an eye on these for all new arrivals.
If it says 'Sold Out' then we will try our very best to get them back sooner, rather later.

YES! All Wildbarc kit, when cared for properly will stand the test of an outdoor adventure.
When an item is muddy simply hose down gently or hand wash in some warm lightly soaped water. For more delicate items such as treat pouches we recommend taking extra care when cleaning.
Always rinse off your collar and collars hardware after beach day trips. Salt water can be corrosive, increase your collars longevity by caring for it properly.
Always air dry for best results to increase longevity and shape.
