Equipped with a screw-lock carabiner, this lead provides reliable strength with a breaking load of 400kg. The brass matt black coated rope ends add a touch of elegance, making this lead as stylish as it is tough.

This lead is lightweight but mighty and a perfect fit for small to larger dogs.
Always ensure you select the correct length you are comfortable using when out walking with your dog. If your dog is a consistent puller we recommend a shorter length for control.
Optional Lengths
- Short: Four foot / 48 inches.
- Medium: Five foot / 60 inches.
- Long: Six foot / 72 inches.
- Extra Long: Seven foot / 84 inches
*Some lengths may not be available in all climbing rope dog leads.

- When muddy simply hose down or hand wash in some warm lightly soaped water.
- Always rinse off your lead and hardware after beach day trips. Salt water can be corrosive, increase longevity by caring for it properly.
- Always air dry for best results.

Not all our climbing rope leads are crafted using retired climbing rope. Any ropes that are given a new leash of life will state this in the product description.

All handmade products to order can take up to 5 days (not including weekends & bank holidays) before they are dispatched.
Our settle mats can take a little longer to make so can take 10 - 14 days before they are dispatched. If you have ordered other items with your settle mat these will be shipped together. If you need it sooner please get in touch.
All orders placed from the UK usually take 2-3 business days to arrive after you receive your dispatch email notification.
If you are an International customer (excluding EU countries and Norther Ireland) it can take up to 7 - 14 business days to arrive after you receive your dispatch email notification.

Yes, the rope is only deemed unsuitable by climbers if a fall has been experienced. We vigorously check all repurposed ropes for any faults. Most are like new with only some very light signs of use. We clean all ropes thoroughly although you may see some signs of a past life.

All our deliveries are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail’s Tracked service (unless stated).
If outside the UK, your parcel will be taken over by your National Postal Service once it has been passed through UK Customs. Please be aware that orders placed outside the UK may incur a handling fee and additional costs.
Wildbarc are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
