Wales 1970 - 1975: Richard Gaunt

£6.70

Richard Gaunt hails from Lancashire but spent his formative years in Darlington, where he attended QEGS Darlington before furthering his education at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. His diverse career path has seen him hold positions in various industries including chemicals, steel, construction, local government, and consultancy, culminating in his recent role as a director at a policy research consultancy. Richard's passion for railways ignited early on, leading him to become an accomplished photographer, with his work showcased in prominent publications such as The Guardian, Steam Railway, and beyond.

Wales, 1970 -1975, captures images from Ebbw Vale, Brecon, Rhondda Valley, Port Talbot and many other historical industrial towns across Wales. An interesting and thought provoking collection of work that offers us a photographic time capsule in Welsh history.
